SuperGraphics, a division of GM Nameplate, an award winning custom manufacturing company, is currently seeking an Territory Manager for our Southern California territory. This position’s primary focus is to create new business in all of SuperGraphics’ 5 core market segments: Transit, Media, Fleet, Event/Stadium, Architectural and Retail. Ideal candidates will be effective in finding opportunities that leverage SuperGraphics core competencies, establish the business case, create a solution, propose the value of the solution and develop an ongoing relationship based on the customer’s satisfaction with the solution’s contribution to their success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Implementing the SuperGraphics sales process in the assigned territories with the goal of exceeding the quota established for the territory.
•Identifying qualified prospective customers for SuperGraphics 5 market segment offerings and drive the creation of a buying vision for the customer that creates demand for SuperGraphics products.
•Becoming an integral and highly cooperative and productive team member assisting all SuperGraphics personnel with insight and help whenever possible.
•Provide creative leadership and work as part of a sales team supported by product line application and design team and members of an order fulfillment team for quoting, order processing, invoicing, and production in the creation of a market leading custom solution.
•Professional networking and representing SuperGraphics at trade shows, conventions, conferences and other events key to lead generation.
•Create a territory business/account plan that describes the achievement of the sales quota for the territory and keep the plan current as customer situations change.
•Create a sales plan for the pursuit of “must win” sales projects.
•Ability to operationally manage territory with skills in forecasting, funnel management and organization.
•Create and maintain a high degree of customer loyalty.
Some travel will be required.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
•A minimum of seven (7) years sales experience with a preference for experience in working with specialty or key accounts.
•Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is important.
•Applied knowledge of graphics technologies, Outlook, Excel and Word.
•College degree preferred BA, BS or equivalent.
•Sales experience in developing sales plans, account plans and territory plans.
