I wanted to share some exciting news. I met with a manufacturer of wood chippers the other day. During our decal program analysis we found that we can save the customer 45 minutes of production time a week.
We did this by consolidating eight decals into existing decals. We estimated it took 30 seconds to apply each decal. By consolidating eight decals we saved them four minutes of production time per machine!
