Application: Door, dash and drive controls

Challenge: Curved design of door controls. Consistent backlighting levels through the spray and laser-etched elastomer.

Solution: The customer came to GM Nameplate after another supplier was unable to manufacture the door control to the specified design. Our engineers successfully designed and manufactured the curved in-door control assembly without compromising the customer's original aesthetic design. Through careful testing, GM Nameplate was also able to ensure consistent lighting levels despite variability in the strength of the desired light source. Throughout the life of this 8 year project, GM Nameplate never missed a delivery date.
