Challenge:
This project required the appearance of a high-quality embossed sign at a fraction of the cost for typical jobs of this style.
Solution:
GM Nameplate decided to dice the parts into rectangles after printing, and kick press the corner radius, allowing us to avoid the need for additional tooling – or tooling charges. We then individually embossed each sign with a mag-emboss die to provide the quality at a less expensive unit cost.
