Application:
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator (TENS) for relief of chronic and acute pain.
Challenge:
Snap features and undercuts in the injection molding tools. Small printing area on the reverse.
Solution:
Careful, continuous participation of GM Nameplate design engineers with the customer. Strict manufacturing controls to ensure quality throughout the process. Slides in tools and specially constructed pad printing mechanism.
