The unit features a full bed vacuum table that enables accurate printing on rigid materials weighing up to 178 pounds and a bed size of 60 inches by 120 inches. It performs edge-to-edge and double-sided printing, allowing the efficient interchange between digital and screen-printing processes and produces exceptional Lenticular 3D imaging, while featuring an impressive print speed.

The fabrication system does not require tooling but only programming and utilizes optical registration for improved fabrication on plastics, vinyl, acrylics and aluminum from as small as .011” in thickness up to 1.2” thick. Multiple bit sizes and shapes provide an increased range of finishing options and improved workflow for GM Nameplate customers that are in need of a quick turn.

“This new equipment combines the durability of screen inks with the efficiency of digital printing, eliminating several labor steps in the process,” continued Sharrett. “Digital printing will not fit every opportunity, but this capability brings great value to our customers for fast, small volume, brilliant products we could not produce in the past. It also allows us to provide our customers the option of either low or high volume production runs for quick turn, high quality digital printing on parts that were previously only available through traditional print methods.”
