Die-cut blanks, such as the spacer or adhesive layers, may be ordered as stand-alone components. These parts are typically laser-cut, but alternate fabrication methods may be used depending on your requirements.

Price: $100 for 5-10 laser cut prototype pieces (pricing may be higher if another fabrication method is required)

Lead Time: 5 business days Size: 11” x 23” maximum part size

Thickness: .010” max (not including adhesives and liners).

Materials: Polyester film, 3M stocked spacer materials, 3M adhesives 467 and 468.

Tolerance: +/-.015”.
