Die-Cut Components

Precision die-cut components and shielding, though they don't often look complicated, can be some of the most important functional and fabricated elements in your system.

GM Nameplate's wide range of services include die cutting not only rigid material, but thin, flexible substrates as well. Fabrication options include the selective placement of adhesives and CNC laser cutting, which allows prototyping without production tooling commitments.

EMI/RFI and ESD shielding capabilities include rotary, Class-A punched and steel-rule die cut constructions from copper, aluminum foil, precious metals, aluminum, metal or polyester laminates and metalized polyester and sound dampening solutions and disk drive applications.

And because GM Nameplate is a membrane switch designer and manufacturer, we can incorporate shielding into switch designs and print conductive layers, grids and traces as needed. We manufacture components with or without pressure sensitive, conductive and non-conductive adhesives. We provide scored, folded and/or formed components; supplied in sheets, rolls or individual pieces to conform to your requirements.

GM Nameplate's range of precision die-cutting and fabrication capabilities ensures that your components are manufactured precisely and efficiently and we have more than 400 types of material in stock. Some of our capabilities and typical substrates are listed below.
